the most important thing that you want is proper repairs. proper repairs are dependent on proper estimaton and proper estimation is dependent on proper evaluation. in order to get that you have to do a tear down of the vehicle. this one is specially prepared for us and as you can see you have to take it apart. when you have the vehicle apart all of a sudden you can see the hidden damages. here is an example of damage. in order to get a true evaluation, you need to determine if the vehicle has shifted and if there is any frame damage across both the diagonal and the horizontal planes. in heavier hits you want to make sure from the center of the wheel the ceter of the wheel to see if there are any distortion to the actual driveabilit patter. another thing that is important to mention is the economics. someone has to pay for this damage and in order to do that the insurance company has to agree on what has to be replaced and what has to be repaired. someone makes that decision and it’s not always you the car owner. once the economics are in place and the parts are ordered, well keep all the bolts and screws so that they are all together. once we have it torn down the estimator will contact the insurance company and report the amount of damage the vehicle received due to the accident. We keep our customers updated about the vehicle about the vehicle from the moment we receive from the moment we receive the key to the moment we give back the key to your vehicle.
